Bel Canto means “Beautiful singing” and is used to describe the light, bright quality that Italian opera singer use to charm audiences.

 

Bel Canto technique emerged in the 16th & 17 centuries.  It began in the singing instruction that Italian Masters provided their students

 

At Respiro we have stayed true to the original technique but have adapted it to suite almost any Genre (type or kind of song ie. Broadway, Country, Pop).

 

By using the breathing technique taught by Bel Canto we have some very successful Rock Artists among our students.
